Returns/Cancellations
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
If you change your mind after placing your order or wish to cancel the order, please contact info@duobottles.com. Please be aware we require a proof of purchase for any returns.
Returns Process
If your DUO straw cleaning brush has not been used and is in saleable condition (e.g. no marks, stickers or disfiguration to the brush) we will issue a full refund once we have receipt of the brush. Please note we do not offer free returns, the cost must be covered by the customer.
DUO Bottles cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post. We strongly advise using a 'signed for service' when posting returns.
Damages
If your bottle is damaged in transit please send a photograph, along with proof of purchase to info@duobottles.com.
